This scale is the worst one I've ever used. It' very inconsistent and quirky. Sometimes you'll put stuff on it and it stays on 0. If you cycle the power button it MIGHT work the next time. I replaced it with an Escali scale. MUCH better.

DO NOT BUY. I wish I read the other reviews before buying. This has zero accuracy - you place an item on the scale and it consistently changes the number, over and over. My scale was on a flat surface with nothing else touching it. To make matters worse, it comes with a QR code to download the manual, all you have to do is enter the model #. So I do and nothing comes up! Truly a waste of time and money - I expected a lot more for a $30 scale. I'm returning today and buying any other brand besides Taylor. Save yourself the hassle!

This is the worst scale I have ever owned. I got this one for another location, which I’ve rarely used so can’t speak to how well it meausures. I liked that when measuring grams it measured them to the tenth so I bought another one that I use all the time. As soon as I put something on there to weigh, it weighs and then goes up or even down fairly quickly. I never know if it’s measuring accurately or not. I’m about to trash the thing but may reach out to the company first. Do not buy!!!

Don’t buy this. The batteries provided were dead. The cover was difficult to remove to place the batteries. The customer support number is the same as another product (Houdini Ice Tray) that provides no service, but tries to sign you up for a drawing.

Scale readout displays 0.1g increments but the readout does not change at all when small amounts of ingredients, such as salt, are added to a bowl. I'm a cardiac patient and use a kitchen scale to track my sodium intake. I absolutely do not trust this scale and will need to purchase something else for the kitchen.

Just as a lot of people stated, this is a very inaccurate scale. It changes weight even as you watch. It doesn't matter what is on the scale. I don't recommend this product.

Took a lot of time to buy this today. I never even got to use it because the screws that hold the access plate for the batteries could not be unscrewed. I tried and then my husband tried. We both failed. I hate that companies can't even get something as simple as this wrong and wasting my time like this is just unacceptable.

This scale is crap! When weighing out your food the number constantly changes. I can pour what I think is 80 grams of egg whites turn away and the number will go up or down. It does this no matter what I’m weighing and is very aggravating. Not to mention if someone is walking around or putting stuff on the counter the number fluctuates so much. Returning it and telling them to put it in the trash.
