Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem RC Pizza Blaster Vehicle: Fine Motor Skill Remote Control Van

Stopped working after an hour. It's a piece of crap

I got the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem RC Pizza Blaster Vehicle for my nephew; he is obsessed! This thing is bigger than I expected, and it's seriously a steal for the price. The remote control is super easy for little hands, and the pizza shooter! LOVE!! He could not stop laughing while launching the pizzas across the room. It was hilarious and impressive how far those little things go. The design is super detailed and true to the movie. It zooms around smoothly on carpet and tile, and even after a few crashes, it’s holding up strong. Big win for playtime, imagination, and TMNT vibes.

My son got this for Christmas. The car drives very fast and it’s cool that the wheels also turn allowing the car to go in any directions rather than just forward and back. The pizzas don’t shoot out on the normal setting. They get stuck or it’s not powerful enough, definitely a malfunction. But I realized when you press the button with the lightning bolt, it goes into high speed mode. Then all the pizzas shoot out fast and really far. So it’s not perfect but once I figured out the high speed, my son was super excited and all was good. So keep that in mind and give it a shot. It makes the toy louder for sure since high speed generates an on going sound but at least it works. Planning on buying another one for a gift, so curious to see if the pizzas shoot on the normal setting or not.

The pizza shooter does not work. This was my son’s Christmas gift and he was so excited. It didn’t matter if we loaded one or six pizzas per the instructions. It would not shoot out of pizza. Very disappointed this is going to be returned. Save your time and don’t get this toy.

He loves interactive videos, the pizzas being fired is great! On top of it, they aren’t hard and won’t hurt his little sister if an errant shot is fired! The pizza remote is a hilarious touch!

He loves that it can throw Pizza and also all of the other details the van has! We are excited to purchase the Ninja Turtle Sewer Playhouse next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great unexpected fun toy for the kids. It was very interactive and nostalgic even for us as the parents.  actually is made of good quality pieces, and the age rating is safe for my seven-year-old.

My son loves this! Once you put batteries, it works perfectly. It shoots the pizzas fairly far too!

The car drives fine, but the pizza shooter very rarely works.

To have the pizzas fire it needs to be in “blast” mode, which produces a horrible buzzing sound the entire time your child is playing. Pizzas get stuck a ton and required parent assistance.

This item is poorly made! My 4 year old was so excited for it and the pizza shootout barely works without having to fix it every time. It’s so frustrating. Please save your money and buy something else.

So ridiculous. My son hadn’t opened this when he got it for Christmas because he liked to have it displayed in the box with his other ninja turtle collectibles. He finally opened it just to find out that it is poorly constructed. The pizzas do not shoot out properly without positioning each pizza one at a time and tipping the van a little bit. I looked it up to see if we were doing something wrong and found other reviews similar to ours and also that they came out with a different one now, probably one that actually works but I’m not going to spend another $40. Disappointed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My extremely girly girl child finally chose a toy out of the “boy” aisle and of course it had to be this trash. Being. TMNT fan myself I was also excited. When we got home I put in all the batteries, 2 triple A and 4 double A, I thought that was crazy too but whatever. It comes with extra pizza for the shooter but it’s useless because no matter how many pizzas you load it will not shoot any out. (The instructions say 6). My daughter was like whatever it won’t shoot I can drive it around. That was great for all of 5 minutes. It stopped working altogether. No pizza shooting or remote control. I was excited about it so I’m willing to exchange it but looking at the other reviews for people who actually purchased it and didn’t get it free to review they seem to have the same issues so I’m not holding my breath. I will update this review if the new one is any better. I have never had a toy at this price point never work and stop working after 5 minutes.
