Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutations Station Playset: Plastic Toy Vehicle Set with Figures, Non-Powered, No Assembly Required, Ages 4+

Cheaply made poorly designed toy. The turtles are very difficult to get in the spots where they are supposed to go. Theres no way my 5 yr old grandson cannot properly get the turtles little body pieces (ea one has 3 pieces ) in the tiny “clips” that hold them in. You have to clip them at just the right angle using eye and hand coordination at a level higher than a 5 yr old. He gets frustrated and then we spend an hour looking for the turtles when the fly off onto the floor. I would return it but of course he still likes it. So every time i have to put the turtles bodies in the clips for him.

Does not work. What a waste no child would be able to play properly with this

Son played with it one time and one of the small heads already broke.. when they pop out of the truck and go flying they don't hold together too so spent 20 minutes looking for the pieces.. also do not see any options to get figures to replace. One of these toys that only last so long. Spend your money on something else.

I so badly wanted to like this since I had the original as a kid. Purchased this for my son…twice. The mechanism on the interior popped within minutes of playing so it completely lost the ability to join the body parts together which is kind of the whole point. The second one I purchased had a broken, yellow plastic tab which was in charge of holding a torso on prior to joining it with the legs. Because it was broken off, it wouldn’t even hold onto the torso so it prevented us from even displaying a figure in this one section. My son got tired of it breaking so he asked me to return it. Pretty bad when a 6 y.o. is telling you to return a toy to the store. It’s a shame this toy wasn’t made better.

He played with it continually for a few days after receiving it but then seemed to lose interest and has only picked it up a few times since. It seems well made and I love that all the pieces are stored inside the van. He did struggle initially with the little key that takes the figures apart but got the hang of it after a while. In all it’s a great toy but a shame that it hasn’t held his interest for longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic quality, durable children’s toy that can withstand my child driving it off of the settee and still function correctly. My son loves how the different characters split into three and also clip into the mutant station, resulting in a new mutant emerging from the side. The parts store away safely to prevent them from getting lost. Only reason I’ve not given a perfect rating is because some times clipping the figures into the station can be tricky for my 6 year old.

It is much bigger than I expected and great value for money. There are 6 figures that come inside, where you can mix and match different parts. This definitely elongates the length of play, and adds extra fun. The van was very easy to assemble and has easy attachable wheels and is very versatile and durable so my son didn’t have to wait long to build and play. Overall a really nice toy with hours of fun for any teenage mutant ninja heroes fans. 10/10.

He loved the ability to change the look of the characters to mix things up. The product is very good quality and seems would hold up very well with multiple play.

It's really good value for money, the colours are bright and attractive, it has 6 figures that come in the box with the van. The van has easily attachable wheels and was so easy to assemble. My son thinks this toy is great!

Every figure can be dismantled for 3 parts- head, body and legs and you can just swap them with other figures parts and make your own mutant figure, endless mix and match and hours of play. Figure parts need to be clicked in a specific place and it's quite hard to do.

Hours of fun making different mutations, the figures body parts can be swapped to make new characters with a push of a button. The mutant van can be pushed along and is good quality.

My son loved how durable it felt and how easily the ninja figures fit inside. The van has fun features like flip-out weapons and plenty of space for the turtles to ride in. The ninja figures are awesome, and the whole set is built for action-packed play. Overall, it's a great toy for any TMNT fan, offering hours of fun and adventure! Overall rating 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free of charge from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. My 7 year old son is a big fan of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and was delighted to be able to try this toy out. The truck comes mostly assembled apart from the wheels which I found easy to attach and the stickers which my son wanted to do himself. It comes with 6 figures which can be broken into their head, torso and leg parts. To do this a small key needs to be inserted into the back (see photo) and this was extremely fiddly. It says age 4+ on the box but even I struggled with attaching the figures into the truck or separating the parts. It comes with two keys and a place to store them on the truck, but I think these would be easily lost. The plastic feels quite flimsy and I don’t think it will last long with the way boys play. My son was disappointed that it only came with Leonardo and Michaelangelo, and the other 2 turtles weren’t included which makes role playing difficult. He soon became bored of swapping heads and bodies and asking me for help to sit them in the truck. My older son (aged 10) had a few goes but also lost interest. Overall, this toy is a nice concept but let down by how difficult it is to use.
