These pillows pale in comparison to the original Tempur-pedic pillows. They're thin, lumpy and a poor value. Look elsewhere.

Did not match description. Tempurpedic would not even accept a return on the other unopened pillow I had. Waste of money. Will not buy from Tempurpedic again.

I was really excited to try the TEMPUR-Pedic Cloud Pillow, but unfortunately it has been a huge disappointment. From the moment I put my head on it I could tell this was not the “cloud-like” experience I was expecting. The foam is dense and firm, not soft or fluffy at all. It feels more like resting on a stiff block than a pillow — there’s zero “sink-in” comfort. If you like a traditional memory foam feel, that’s one thing, but calling this a Cloud is misleading. I also sleep hot, and this pillow does nothing to help. It traps heat like crazy — by the middle of the night it feels like a warm pad under my head. I wake up sweaty and uncomfortable, which defeats the whole purpose of a good night’s sleep. I tried it on my back and side, and it just doesn’t provide the right support. On my side it’s too low, so my neck feels cranked; on my back it feels like my head is floating. I literally toss and turn trying to get comfortable. Worst of all, you can’t return it unless it arrives defective, so I’m stuck with it even though I hate it. For the price I expected something at least decent — not this overpriced, hard, heat-trapping brick masquerading as a pillow. Not recommended. Definitely not what I expected from Tempur-Pedic, and I regret buying it.

Temper pillow is good and provides solid support as a side/ stomach sleeper. With many options available, Temper or many others are viable options

Pillow is the quality expected from tempur pedic. I’d have to say is on the softer side yet good body an a supportive filling. Is a cooling pillow an does seems to be cooler then normal pillows. Only difficultly so far is finding cases that stays on. If you like a cooler softer formable pillow then you have found the pillow for you… great quality

I was excited about these pillows as a buy one get one free deal for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of them came with a huge hole in it at the seam so I haven’t even used it. The other pillow, which I have used, is lumpy and uncomfortable. The cooling technology does keep them cool.

This pillow has just the right amount of softness and support. It has made my nack pain much less problematic when I sleep. Highly recommend for all sleep positions.

Didn’t expect it to go flat after about 2 months. It was very comfortable when I first got it but now it’s flat as a pancake and I need another pillow under it kind of a waste to me personally.

I toss and turn in constant pain from a bad accident, now with this pillow I sleep much better. I still have bad nights but this pillow makes them less frequent.

We have enjoyed our new pillows from TemperPedic! I was having neck issues, and they have completely gone away!

The Pillow is very comfortable and sleep with no neck pain. The temperature is just right..not to cool and not too hot. I would definitely recommend this pillow!

I had to take out some of the stuffing and if was much more comfortable then. Its hard to keep pillowcases on them as the material is pretty slick.

I decided to buy two types of pillows thinking I would be happy between the two. This pillow is firmer but it to flat and still does not support my neck. I have to fold it in half just to get the support.

Prior to purchasing this pillow, I slept with 2 pillows and still did not achieve the level of comfort and good nights of sleep as I have with this adjustable + cooling pillow. This was an excellent purchase and I am very satisfied!

I have purchased many pillows in my lifetime and this one is by far the absolute best. It was recommended by my 25 year old granddaughter who loves it. She was 'spot on' and I have finally ended my search for the right pillow. I now own it and every morning I wake up, I feel great. This Tempur-Cloud Adjustable Pillow has improved my health tremendously and I will not sleep without it!

These pillows are so uncomfortable - they are hard and flatten out completely. They are worse than any other pillow I've purchased considering the price.
