Outstanding absorbency and softness
These briefs are so soft and comfortable. Should have mentioned the outstanding absorbency first. Simply Medical gets these to me quickly. Incontinence is awful, but I feel more confidence wearing these diapers at night! I am 73 years young and wear a size XL. Would definitely recommend these!

Good Product
However, it could be a bit more wide in the back (absorbency area) and a bit more absorbent as are other brands I've tried. For people with a large bladder this is somewhat leaky when advertised as overnight. But I have adjusted and am .reordering as service was quite expedient and cost effective.

Mom likes these for daytime use
90yo mother likes these better than any others we've tried. She says they are softer, more comfortable around belly, and are more absorbent. Good for during the day but still needs a brief at night. She feels confident that they won't leak during the day which has made her comfortable going to activities again.
