Q: I have replaced the batteries in both the snake and the remote control, and the snake is still no longer working. Is there any way to fix this? We've only had the snake a few weeks.

A: Hi Kerri. Once the batteries have been changed, depending on the version of your toy, please make sure to turn the snake and remote switches to the On/Play position. The remote needs to be aimed towards the snake continuously during play time. Thank you. The Battat Team

A: Hi Kerri G. Once you have changed the batteries, press the On/Off button on the bottom of the snake to turn the toy on. Then make sure to keep the remote pointed toward the snake while in use. Thank you. The Battat Team

great while the battery lasted, spent an insane amount of time trying to get the absolutely impossible to get to battery compartment open and then it doesn't reset to work again. both snake and remote show lights but no movement.

Stopped working even after battery change. You just need a tiny Phillips to change the batteries. But even after changing the batteries it still will not work. We've had this toy for 2 weeks and it's been well taken care of

The batteries require for me to buy a new tool bc the ones we have can’t get the screws out. But also, the snake turns on and I replaced the batteries in the remote but it still won’t work. Returning it. Such a shame bc my son was obsessed with this.

We had great fun with it for about 2 weeks. However, after changing the batteries on both remote & snake, it won't work. They are fresh batteries. The snake lights up, but shuts off when clicking remote. I've searched for resolution but no success. I can't return it as it's been more than a month. Is there a reset or other way to get it going?

The original batteries lasted a couple of days. The screws are triangle shaped and required me to buy a new tool set to attempt to replace the batteries. I har to buy a set of tools because the odd shaped screws were not all the same size. After all that work, I still can’t get the toy to work again. Over it and want to return the toy AND the new tools.
