We suggest using the Toner in the morning before your Vitamin C. This combination of Glycolic Acid and Vitamin C can increase collagen production and smooth skin, but it's best to stagger application to keep skin from getting irritated. Apply vitamin C in the morning and glycolic acid at night. We hope this helps and you find the best options for your skins.
