    Great pillow! It feels supportive yet not overly firm. The loft feels right for my neck, not too high, not too low, just right. The cooling (snow) effect is nice when you put your head down, but I don't feel it after a while. The pillow is a bit heavy so I preferred getting the standard size instead of the king size (even though I have a king bed) and it's fine in this size.
