I recently found my fav Cathe Friedrich from FitTV streaming online and I love her step classes. I joined and bought a cheap stepper and it was tiny! So I ordered this. It's worth the money, it's a good size and can be used so many different ways as shown here. i feel safer with the larger one as well, no tripping and lots of room to move.
