We have liners for those super light days and pads for the heaviest of flows. Many of our customers love the cooling sensation that our Herbal Pads provide. If you find that you are someone who tends to have more sensitive skin when trying new products, we recommend that you use our Non-Herbal Pads. Our Non-Herbal Pads do not contain herbs and do not provide the cooling sensation.

A: The construction of our pads consists of many layers. The top layer of our pads is made with 100% Organic Cotton. This means that the part of the pad that touches the vulva is 100% Organic Cotton is OCS certified.

Worst pad ever
I don’t write reviews very often but I felt the need to share that these pads are awful. The “cooling” sensation is more of a tingling/burning sensation which I found very unpleasant. The pads are not very absorbent and blood will sit on top.

great if you're used to the feeling
If you’ve never tried cooling pads before - beware of the sensation. It will be cooling to the point that it’s slightly burning. I personally love it on heavy flow days, it relieves some of the pain. The material feels comfortable too, not rough on the area. It’s quite expensive though imo so I only use towards the beginning of my cycle.

my new favorite pads
I just bought these this morning well because i had ran out but also because ive been wanting to try them and as a teenager i never knew what the pain of cramps were and now as an adult i get the worst cramps ever to where i dont even want to get out of bed and these just worked miracles for me within 20minutes i started feeling so much relief i love these now

terrible product, I got a burn with this product. I didn't realized they have mixed mint along with aloe vera and lavander... terrible idea! I was in literal pain when Iused this pads, don't buy it if you have a sensitive skin.

Surprised by low ratings
I loved these postpartum and I’m surprised by the low reviews. I’m pregnant again and just stopped by the website to buy more for postpartum and saw the low rating so I figured I’d say something. Maybe for regular monthly periods it’s unnecessary, but for post partum when it was so very sore down there, I really enjoyed these! I didn’t have any more burning than I already had from pushing a baby out lol.

I love them!
I actually feel like these do help with cramps 10 out of 10 would recommend. BUT be prepared because it does have a warming sensation. I personally don’t mind it and believe it helps me with period symptoms. If you’re sensitive maybe not for you.

Love
If what you are looking for is herbal infused light flow pads, then you will love these. If you are looking for something that isn’t a herbal infused, light flow pad then you will be disappointed because that’s what these are. I love them. When I run out I am reminded each time how name brand products from the store smell worse, aren’t comforting, and move around and leak just as much as any other pad. If you have a heavy flow but want an herbal infused pad, I would say you would want to go with their highest level and maybe even then do a cup or tampon (etc) with their higher flow pads. I only have any insight into this bc I have purchased the flow level just above these and was not impressed by the adhesive system. So again, light flow and herbal freshness yes. Also, if you are allergic or sensitive to mint—then why are you here love? My review on the liners will state nearly the same.

Small adjustment period (punny), big wins!
Literally the only pass I’ll ever use again. While the sensation was shocking at first, it was not long until I not only used to it but started to love it. I just generally feel so much cleaner and cooler with these pads. Never stop making them!

Please don’t ever discontinue
I’ve read reviews from some women who had bad reactions to the tingling sensation of these pads, fortunately that’s never happened to me and these have changed the game for me. These help me with pain sooo much so please don’t ever discontinue!! The cooling sensation has never felt like burning to me, it just feels like relief for me.

I will never go back to anything else, these are the best pads out there! I have been using them since the beginning and my daughter uses them now as well. The cooling/ healing herbs effect feels so good when you’re cramping and eventually goes away. I always look forward to switching them out for a new one to feel the fresh cooling effect again. Please NEVER discontinue this wonderful product!

Fantastic for swelling
After my 4th child, I now suffer from 'swelling' downstairs during my menstrual cycle. I was walking around feeling soggy with witch hazel pads until I found these. They are now the only pads I'll use because they are so useful for this ailment. So happy I found the cooling version of these!

Not safe. Smells like eucalyptus, which is poisonous for humans to consume including putting on or near a mucus membrane. Since this company sold last year there seems to be one safety hazard after another, do not buy!

Love the cooling sensation
I'm normally a cloth pad gal, but I bought these pads for when I am traveling or when washing my cloth pads is not an option. I didn't know what the herbal infusion part meant, I just remember experiencing this really surprising but wonderful, cooling sensation. Now, I'm hooked! I won't buy any other pads when I need disposables.
