Don't waste your money. This item is made of a very stiff rubber. It does not grip the lid but slides off. I do not recommend it.

I'm very pleased with this item. I don't have the strength in my like I used to. I was using a pliers but this didn't work. The multi opener is an excellent solution to my jar opening problem
