This little gem is great over your sink if you are short on space. You can hand wash amd rinse your dishes and set them right on this rolled out mat over the sink to dry, then just roll it up part way and leave it right there. So handy!

I had a corner version of this roll up drying rack and loved it but wanted a larger surface one. Have been looking for awhile. So glad to have this now. The corner one went into our fifth wheel to use.
