Q: What is the size capacity of this lunch? What is the size of each of the 2 separate compartments? How big of a thermos bottle can be stored in the top compartment?
A: Each compartment is approximately 12 x 6 inches, both about 4~5 inches high. It can easily fit a 16 oz tumbler or a 16-24 oz food jar.

Q: Will it also keep things warm?
A: The bag has foam insulation so it can keep things warm as long as the entire compartment has warm content.

Q: Can you keep foods warm in the top zipper compartment?
A: Yes, the top zipper compartment in the bag also has foam insulation but in my experience it's usually better to keep warm food content in the lower compartment.
