Really like this bag. I did notice, the one I bought doesn’t have the button and loop on the big pocket inside. Like the video on IG I saw. It would be nice, but not a deal breaker.

Versatile and stylish
So glad I purchased this tote to replace my 'work bag.' Its flexible enough to take to work or just to use casually. Love that it has space for a water bottle and lots of other pockets. My only issue is not with the bag but the shipping process. It was lengthy, updates were very poorly communicated, tracking link was unhelpful so I had no idea when it was arriving. A different shipping method would be an improvement.

Nice bag but faulty zipper on inner pocket
The bag is nice and I like the size. Good amount of pockets but quality assurance is lacking. The zipper on the inner pocket won’t unzip despite trying everything, leaving that pocket compartment useless. Sadly I didn’t notice this until I was packing for a trip to two weeks ago. In trying to unzip it the stitching for the zipper came loose so I unpicked where the zipper was sewn on. That at least opened the pocket for use. But it’s so floppy that it’s not great at holding things in without a zipper keeping it closed. Other than that I like the bag.

One defect
I love this bag, but it has one huge defect. The canvas outside pocket gets filthy! I have the green with cream canvas pocket strap. I wish the pocket was the same material as the rest of the bag and it would be perfect t for me. Unfortunately, I have had to spot clean it regularly and I’m tired of doing so.

They removed the button on the laptop sleeve :(
Super bummed about that button closure no longer being there (see other review photos for reference). This is my second utility bag after my first was stolen. I use it for work and the button closure was vital for preventing my laptop from sliding out of the sleeve. Disappointed!!! Otherwise, this would be the perfect bag.

This bag is perfect. It has so many storage areas and I LOVE the one on the inside for a drink bottle. I love the color, though it’s a shade of orange and not brown. Not sure why they call it brown. That being said, the bag is true to the color shown in the picture and I love that too!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! HOLY moly ! This bag is amazing. I have not been able to find a bag that i could pile all my stuff in. This bag is it while maintaining its comfort. Its exterior is nice and water slides right off. Trust me the moment I got it i had to give it a go to see if it can handle a busy lifestyle. Im a photographer so I need a heavy duty bag that i can grab all my things in and just go. PLUS i reached out to support because my initial purchase was lost and they sent me a replacement right away. I cant thank you guys enough! Im getting everyone i know a bag for christmas!
