Q: We got the king sized bed and our king sized mattress slips all around on it. Did anyone else have this problem of the mattress not fitting snugly into the frame?
A: Yes, just received this bed this week and we have the same problem. I love the rest of the bed, so it's a little disappointing. We are probably going to try to build some type of frame to box it in and keep it from moving around so much.
submitted byMC - 6 years agoA: Yes! just put it together for my son. It's a twin and the twin mattress/boxspring is smaller and sliding around. Super annoying.

submitted byJoanna - 5 years agoA: Yup. There's probably an extra 3-4 inches on the sides, and the footboard is much further away than necessary. Doesn't bother me too much, but I do wish it was snug. I probably adjust it once a week.

Q: Is the white a pure white or off-white?
A: anitque white. has bronze brush strokes over white.

Q: Is a Twin XL mattress required or a regular Twin?
A: I would say yes. Wish I could attach a picture, way too long for a standard twin.
submitted byRvietti - 5 years agoA: The Twin Size Bed has an opening of 77.2 inches long x 39 inches wide which is too small for a twin XL mattress. A regular Twin mattress will be fine.

Q: Our frame did not come with directions as to which screws to be used where and there's three different sizes. Any one know which set are suppose to go where?
A: I'm having the same problem. My packages arrived with no assembly directions and I have no idea if I have the correct number of parts to complete the assembly, I've contacted the manufacturer and Target customer service and it seems no one can offer support. The manufacturer does not return messages and Target does not have access to the information. Target offered me a discount for my trouble but that doesn't help me get the bed assembled. If anyone out there who has already purchased one still has the directions, please attached a photo here for those of us who didn't receive them. Thanks!

Q: Can the bed support only a mattress? In other words, is a box spring required?
A: A box spring is required. There are just 3 or 4 slats across underneath, not a platform.

Q: Can you use an adjustable base with this frame ?
A: We have had this bed for approximately 1 year and have a sleep number adjustable bed on it and have had no problems with it.

Q: On step 2 in the instructions when it says to bolt the side rails to the headboard we can’t do it. The nuts will just barley tighten onto the end of the bolts and then get so tight and stuck with still an inch of bolt to tighten across. What do we do?
A: We had the same problem today. I think we will buy new nuts. Spent way to long trying to figure out.

Q: Are the headboard and footboard one solid welded piece?
A: It's actually 3 pieces. The footboard is one and the headboard is 2 pieces, which causes a crazy amount of squeaking.

Q: Does anyone have problems with the bed squeaking? My daughter has a metal framed bed and it tends to squeak when she moves around. I want to make sure this bed doesn't do that.
