Not the same as you get from Timeless Skincare
I have been using Timeless Skincare for a while. I ended up being out of the eye cream and I added it to my Target order. Something is wrong with the product. It's not the same color or consistency as what I get straight from Timeless. It also had an odor. I have discontinued using it upon reordering the product straight from Timeless and it being totally different.

Received it with no type of safety seal. This eye cream is not a cream at all. It’s more of a liquid gel. Not sure if this was the actual product or if it was defective. Would not purchase again.

Old Product
I received the eye cream today and was excited to try it. I immediately noticed after applying it that it smelled rancid. I checked the date on the bottom of the box and it was manufactured in 2021. It is now 2025. Needless to say I'm returning it and will order direct from the Timeless website.

Not vegan - bad consistency
The texture is odd - definitely not creamy. If feels sticky and not very hydrating. I thought Timeless skincare was a vegan brand and unfortunately I was wrong. This has oil extracted from the slaughtered emus. I am horrified and mad at myself for not reading the ingredients. At least now I know to never buy this brand again.

The consistency is like a serum, and if I use more than the tiniest amount (like half a pump for both eyes) it kind of pills. That said, I've used it for over a month, morning only, and I feel like my under eye area looks noticeably better. Took a star off because I prefer a more cream-like texture for my dry skin, but I do recommend this. Using such a tiny amount means it lasts a long time too.

First ingredient - emu oil. I'm appalled at the idea of putting that on my face, and I plan to return it as soon as possible. I wish I knew that Leaping Bunny certification doesn't mean animal ingredient free.
