Q: Is the toniebox rechargeable?
A: Yes the Toniebox is rechargeable and comes with its charging doc, it takes around 3 hours for the battery to fully recharge. Once the battery is fully charged, the Toniebox can be actively used for up to 7 hours. The battery life will vary depending on factors such as the volume of playback. The louder the volume, the shorter the battery life.

Q: Is there an option for it to be switched language? Like Spanish?
A: No but you can buy DIY Characters and record in Spanish

Q: Can all Tonies Play every character or do you have to buy one for each character separate. Example: frozen to play Anna Elsa and Olaf A different Tonie to play Toy Story?
A: The Tonie starter box can play any Tonie "figure". So just because you buy the frozen starter box with elsa on it, doesnt mean you cant use the Olaf or Toy Story on the box. Hope that helps!

Q: One of the answers refers to a creative tonie. Is a Toniebox 2 considered a “Creative-Tonie”?
A: Hi Faye, a Creative Tonie is a Tonie that you can add on any recording of your own or add stories from our free library. The Toniebox 2 is not a Creative Tonie.

Q: Does this Frozen Toniebox look differently from the original blue toniebox starter set? I am not interested in the Frozen figurine, want to verify that this blue shade is the original blue shade.
A: Hi - the original Toniebox (Toniebox 1) colors are all the same regardless of what figurine it comes with. The new Toniebox 2 has similar shades as the original Toniebox but don't match exactly.

Q: What type of charger comes with a tonie box? Can I charge it in Europe if I buy it in the USA?
A: Hi Sara, The US version of the Toniebox charging station is only compatible with 120V outlets while the EU version of the Toniebox charging station is compatible with 120-240V outlets. As a result, if you would like to use the US charging station in a region that utilizes 220-240V outlets, you would need to use a converter, which would change both the voltage and also allow the plug to fit the outlet. The US charging station will work normally as long as you are using a voltage converter to bring the voltage down to 120V.
