Totes Plaid Compact Umbrella

I’ve had this umbrella for one year and have used it infrequently. I used it during a college tour with my daughter this week, left it open to dry for a couple of hours, and now it won’t close.

Cheap, flimsy, covered in crappy paper stickers I'd rather gouge my eyes out than slowly scrape off.

I bought this umbrella in clear. Today was the first time I've used it. It collapses everytime I put it up.

Very sturdy but still lightweight and not too long when folded.

Great umbrella nice print on the inside to put a smile on your face on a rainy day

I received my umbrella today and to be sure I had not issues opening and closing it when it arrived I opened it and now it will not close. The button appears to be jammed.

My dear friend Mark loaned me this Totes umbrella in a pinch, during torrential downpour and it changed my life. Dramatic? Perhaps. I immediately went to purchase one to call my own and now know what i’ll be gifting my friends and family in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Umbrella is not very stable in windy conditions causing it to close

Living in Alaska means a lot of rain. This works perfectly! Lightweight, love the curved handle and smooth grip, compact enough to carry comfortably in the car. I'm able to hold it while getting in the car, close it and the water doesn't drip all over the interior! Love the stand up feature for coming inside. Design of inside/out is brilliant! Push open/button close makes sense. Buying now for friends.

We recently had a very strong storm with high winds, rain, and hail. Packages had been left on our front porch. My son grabbed our new Totes INbrella Reverse Close umbrella, while I went outside to get the packages, my son held the door open and put the INbrella out in front of him as a shield against the rain and wind. I ended up drenched head to toe, but he stayed completely dry. I was very impressed with the durability of the INbrella. It held up against the wind, rain, and hail. The width of the open umbrella was generous enough to fully block the elements from hitting him. The inside of the umbrella was completely dry. The inside had a fun cloud print with an additional layer that had cut outs in the shape of rain drops. At first, we did have trouble closing the umbrella. Intuitively, I wanted to close it like I would any other umbrella, however, this just required the push of a button and then it closed up keeping all of the rain on the enclosed portion and not all of our entry way. I really like the handle of the INbrella. It reminded me a bit of a cane. The handle with the curve is very smooth and solid. The entire INbrella looks and functions as a high quality product. I received this product as a free sample from Totes.

This umbrella is very easy to open and close and I love the reversible design to keep water from dripping all over the place when collapsed. It seems very durable and should last for years!

Love this umbrella! The unique way of closing in order to keep water out is so innovative and smart. My only wish is that it was more compact so you could leave it in the car, etc

I am in love with the Totes InBrella Reverse Close Umbrella. It closes the opposite way of a traditional umbrella but the reason behind that is so the water can roll out and leaves the umbrella basically dry! It is oversized and was plenty for my husband and I to both stay dry. The design is very cute. It opens and closes easily which is a big plus when you are in the rain!

This is a really cool umbrella the design of it makes more sense than your usual umbrella and the style of it is really cute. I can't wait to use it in the rain
