I loved the bright colors and size, but it was hard to close in the beginning and after a year and a half of hassle and sporadically breaking with fairly light use it’s now un-repairable, and the “warrantee” is a useless hassle. My last totes umbrella lasted approximately ten times as long!

As long as you're aware that these will not last long and that the warranty is more hassle than what it's worth (Shed Rain has a better warranty) then it's a decent umbrella. It however will invert in windy conditions and the threads under will break off. I've had it not even a year yet.

I've been through two of these now. The first arrived with a nonfunctional release button. Target exchanged that one. The button on the second broke shortly after I got it. I'm reluctantly chopping it up to send off to Totes for their "lifetime warranty" (they want pieces of the umbrella fabric plus $5 and 2-6 weeks to maybe replace it.) It's a great umbrella when it's functional. Unfortunately, "functional" is elusive. Maybe the third one will work?

Just perfect size and color. Love it.

It's a very nice umbrella. Unfortunately it does Not auto-close. That was a major reason for my purchase. I used to have the previous version, which did. I recommend fixing the information.
