The quality of the camera and app will create trust in the service
This was super easy to set up. I love the fact I have an option for an SD card. The audio is clear and sounds outside are also. It's not a lot of static or muffled. The camera is great considering it's 2k with the angle allowing me to see farther than I expected. The app is easy to use which makes it a reliable source to use. I live in a rough neighborhood so Im really glad to have a good security system without a high price.

The doorbell was easy to set up with clear instructions. It came with screws or an adhesive mount so you can select which you prefer. The corresponding app was easy to install and set up. Day and night video quality are good. The only drawback is the doorbell doesn’t have internal storage. You can pay for cloud storage or use an SD card. .

Crystal Clear Zoom Feature
Wow! I did not expect the video quality of this doorbell to be so clear! The zoom feature is truly impressive. This doorbell was super easy to install- I chose the adhesive method. I do wish it came with a screw driver because the included screws are so tiny I had trouble finding a screw driver that works. It includes easy to follow directions though! The app set up was smooth. I like the option to take a picture and have it saved to my phones camera roll. Another great feature is being able to share access with family members. There are various upgrade features for storage or the option to use an SD. I find that it meets my needs without needing an upgraded plan. Overall, I am very happy with this doorbell camera!

Arrived defective
This product was easy to install and fit in my exsisting dead bolt spot so no extra drilling was required. Only took about 20 minutes to install however the last spot for the 4th battery is missing the connection point so the unit will not power up. Unit is nice looking but does not work.

The connection from the doorbell to my phone and WiFi was established without issue. The direction on the app was easy to follow, for example, it tells you how high or at what angle to mount the doorbell. It did take 6.5 hours to fully charge but it claims that it would last up to 6 months but time will tell. Video quality is great but best of all, no monthly fee. I would recommend it.

I’ve really enjoyed this video doorbell. Installation was relatively easy and it connected quickly to my WiFi and phone. The provided adhesive is really sticky and makes installation foolproof. I only deducted a star because the app interface isn’t as easy to use as some of the other big name brands!

This is such a handy lock. The app is easy to use, it has great connectivity and range too. It has great performance in bad weather. No issues with water effecting the lock. It also was pretty easy to install. I love the key pad. No more physical keys needed. So convenient!

It was very easy to install and operate. Ended up installing it at my childhood home to make it easier for my parents, myself, my sister, and our in-laws since we all frequently meet there. Functions are of high quality technology yet simple fo follow; managed to teach multiple family members (3 generations) to operate pretty easily and quickly. Navigating the app is also simple and very useful. The materials seem to be of really good quality compared to others I've used. I was intimidated by a digital lock but after using one on many trips I was intrigued, and I love this one . My parents already ordered one to place at their rentals.
