Broke my wrist 4 months ago..when cast came off, forearm super skinny...can't really use any weights for a year..this product really helps speed up the recovery..without adding causing much strain.

Just started using the product. Feels like a physical therapy stem system but stronger. It definitely goes deeper and really makes the muscles contract and release. Liking at a lot so far especially since I can feel it balancing the strength training between my back and front core.

Easy to please
I am no longer able to workout like I used to due to back surgeries. However, this device has made it possible for me to strengthen my core without undue stress on my body. I have noticed that my code is more firm/stronger just in the use of this device in under 10 days. Along with managing meals and lifestyle, there's no reason that normal people can't achieve regular fitness health

Better Than Expected!
First of all, I have not used this long enough to visually see results yet. I have used it on my abdomen every day since receiving it, and I can definitely tell it is doing something. I feel the muscle contractions every time and I have only been able to get to a level 2 so far! My stomach area has been slightly sore like after an ab workout. Beware it is strong so don't try to go all the way up on the intensity too soon. I am excited to see what happens in a month or two!

This is a great AB's machine for the AB's. Easy to use and easy to apply. You will need to buy more sticky pads eventually. Just a thought for down the road. I would recommend this product for sure.

Great little exercise tool with a lot of intensity levels.
Love the fact that there are so many intensity level. I didn't expect level 5 to be so strong, but will definitely come in use once I get accustomed to the lower levels. I only wish that the pads were some type of lifetime reusable type cause you'll always have to buy the gel pads. However, for 50 pads it's approximately $12 which will last months depending on use. I love the rechargable feature and the 3-prong charging cable.
