I've had this for a bit and I use it a few times a day. My back pain has greatly improved I have a long way to go to increase my flexibility and really reduce my back pain but this is a great start. The wheel is very sturdy and I have no doubt that it will support my weight. This was a great purchase!

This yoga roller set comes with 3 pressure levels , a 12 inch wheel size which generally works beat for the average size adult. The 10Inch wheel more inclined for medium pressure massage and. Good stretch for the back and hips. Leaving the 5 inch wheel which is beat for a deep focused tissue massage in the back neck and legs. You can choose your size matching your training needs. They are totally sweat resistant. Free from dirt and sweat. You can use them over and over at every easily and the 6 mm padding will keep everything away from you , and will not retain any of the not so happy body smells. They have an extreme amount of padding which protects your feet, palms your back during exercise and gives you a nice comfortable safe feeling. The yoga wheel itself is made of eco friendly TPE, which is durable, stable, sturdy odorless and comfortable. The ABS inner core is extremely strong and will support weight up to 220 lbs. Great beginners set and excellent set for the avid yoga user. Nice bright color too.

I saw this product on tv and liked the price better for this set. It really does stretch your back well. I typically use only the medium and small one the most. I have also used the small one to help support my back when sitting for long periods of time at my computer. I just put it between my back and my chair. It helps my posture and reduces my muscle fatigue. They are sturdy enough for a very fluffy mama and still effective for my very active 10 year old who likes to have his back feel adjusted regularly. I even used this when my shoulder was out. I used the small one several time a day to work in the muscle, then layed down on my couch to roll the medium wheel on my back. This was very convenient, since I am fairly certain doing this on the floor and getting back up is not quite in my "wheelhouse" at this time. I could even use this on my bed to stretch my back or to prop my leg for better circulation. I have been very happy with this purchase.My only suggestion for improvement is that they create some type of carrying case for it, since it just comes in the box and I have to put them back in the box all the time, which is not practical long term.

Bought it as a gift and decided to keep it. Works great, each size of these wheels put different pressure on different parts of your body and adjusts your back with minimal work. Kinda like heaving your own chiropractic device in your home. We use it every evening and it helps a great bit. The wheels are pretty sturdy and hold up well. They look nice enough to leave out and look decorative in your home.

A relative had these and I just had to get my own to keep using it. I went with this one seeing it came with 3 different sizes. All sizes are very sturdy and they dont bend at all. I've been using these to stretch my back and relieve pain. It's working. The more I sue these the more I think of more techniques to try with them. They have helped me so much and in the long run they have saved me a lot of money.....kept me from needing massages and adjustments. Now that my muscles are getting relaxed, my bones are moving into place when using these. Feels so good.
