Description
The Tri-Core Cervical Support Pillow helps alleviate headaches and neck pain by providing proper alignment of the neck while sleeping, and is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders.
For back sleeping, a firm cervical roll supports the neck while a shaped center gently cradles head for better sleep. For side sleeping, the raised side areas help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine.
In order to provide therapeutic benefits and help restore the natural curve of the neck, two very firm cervical rolls provide different support options. Use the smaller, firm cervical roll for slightly less support if you are in the adjustment phase or if you prefer slightly less support; use the larger, firm cervical roll for maximum support. For those who are new to sleeping on a cervical support pillow, or prefer gentle support, the “Gentle” version may be a better option.
It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. The gentle version provides moderate to firm support, while the firm version provides very firm support.

I purchased two of these pillows based on a recommendation from my chiropractor. One in medium-firm and one in firm. My husband uses the firm cervical pillow. He's loved it since day 1. I use the medium-firm. I had to work my way up to sleeping on it the entire night. It took about 2 weeks for me to adjust. Neither of us ever want to go a night without these pillows. I used to have constant neck pain and I snored really bad. I'm not waking up to adjust my pillow and my husband says I'm not waking him up with my snoring. I also love the fact that the out share is made with organic cotton. These are great pillows!

Great pillow so far
I bought the Tri-Core Natural Cervical Support Pillow with Premium Organic Cotton Shell. I have ongoing neck problems due to both age and an inflammatory condition. To add to that, I've put my bed on a slant which seemed to exacerbate my issues. So I was told by my favorite AI that a cervical pillow might help. I wanted one that wasn't made with memory foam and I loved the organic cotton shell. So far I'm very happy with my pillow and my neck seems to be improving.

Liked the Tri-Core Cervical pillow. Takes a few nights to get used to it, Gentle/Medium better than Firm. Good night's sleep Core Company should sell pillow cases for the pillow. Regular king sized pillow cases too small.

Now made to fit in the shipping box
I have purchased this item previously and it was pretty good. The sides were uncomfortably hard for side sleeping, but the small neck roll was not bad. It eventually lost support, so I purchased a new one. (Pushing the filling around is too difficult with arthritic hands.) It came folded in half to fit in the new boxes, a representative told me. Well, it has less support than my old one. The filling is impossible to push into the middle crease the folding created as the representative advised. The roll and the sides are softer, too. Less fill to make it fit in the box, I think. I thought the sides would be better now, but they flattened out and loss adequate support almost immediately. Hoping the practice will change, but for now I'm on the hunt again. Purchased in the summer of 2024.

Not for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a D shaped core pillow made by Core products which came from my chiropractor I believe. I loved its cervical neck support and the sides were perfect for sleeping on my side. After reading some reviews I decided to purchase the organic Tri-core Gentle, but unfortunately the gentle was way too firm for me. I am 5’8 and 120 lbs.

Supportive Pillow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The premium organic cotton shell material is very soft and smooth on the skin. I like the different thickness so you can choose what gives you the best support for how you sleep. They say the raised areas (ends) are for side sleepers. I'm a side sleeper and I found that I prefer either the smaller or larger lobes (top or bottom) of the pillow rather than the raised areas (ends) because it keeps me in alignment better.
