  • A: Yes u can! I do after a dermatologist said that it’s the best way to treat a rash on the face or for a weakened skin barrier. Rub in well into the face before sleep. It’s a lil thick but it’s magic for my super sensitive skin.

    If you’re debating on buying this rash cream, in 2024 my friend had a daughter, I bought them a generic rash cream thinking that ANY cream does the same thing. Their family SWORE by this cream and i didn’t think anything of it until she started having the worse diaper rash like top to bottom BLISTERS, used this cream for a few days with multiple diaper changes and the rash was gone. They ONLY use this cream. Fast forward, I had my son not too long ago and he was born post term so his skin is super sensitive. My son’s father only used desitin and i swore by triple paste but we only had desitin on hand after coming home from the hospital. my son started developing a rash and his father would put desitin on every diaper change and surely it burnt his skin. I told him to pick up triple paste from target and lo and behold - the rash was gone. LITERALLY made me never cheat on this cream ever again and continue to purchase this cream everytime.

    Love but hate new design.

    Love this for my toddlers works wonders. But I absolutely hate the new design plus it looks like they put less rash cream in the containers now? If I’m paying nearly $23 I expect the cream to be filled to the top.

    Our diaper bag essential now

    The ONLY diaper cream we use

    This relieves rash in under 24h every time I swear. Heals it up fast (depending on severity may take a couple of days). Ice the cupcake is how we do it. Don’t go sparse. And your baby will feel relief!

    Helped heal allergic reaction rash

    I have dealt with rashes from my overreacting armpits as I cycled through endless deodorants to find one thaf wouldn't irritate my skin. This soothed my poor pits and actually kept them from having any scent too! Granted, I do not have strong body odor, so that may only work for those with similar levels. I do not have anything to compare this to, but it worked very well for my situation

    Rash be Gone

    100 out of 5 Stars! My 7 month old was admitted into the hospital for 2 days. Not only did he have to wear diapers he was allergic to during our stay, but he also was peeing way more frequently with the extra fluids they were giving him. His Rash was getting bigger with every diaper change and starting to blister. As soon as we got home from the hospital I ordered his favorite diapers and this rash paste. No exaggeration, the rash was completely gone in two applications. I will definitely be ordering again.

    Amazing product

    This product truly works. My son had a terrible diaper rash and after several days of using desitin and seeing no improvement I went and bought triple paste. Within not even 24 hours we saw an improvement! Worth every penny!
