Received damaged, Target will not provide assistance
Rating 1 star because the package delivered was completely smashed, promo card damaged, packs slipped out of the blister packaging and Target will not do anything about it. I've provided pics of damaged box and cards but have been refused any further support. Be aware that the "no returns/refunds" on cards still applies when your order delivers and is damaged.
