U Brands® 4 count U-Eco™ Gel Click Recycled Pastel Speckle Pens are a great way to keep the environment in mind while fulfilling those writing needs. We want to provide the option for a better looking, better performing pen that is also better for the environment. By using renewable and reclaimed wheat straw we reduce the amount of plastic in our pens, lowering our carbon footprint and reducing plastic waste.

Q: Once the pen is out of ink, is it safe to recycle them? Or should one throw them in the trash?

A: Hi Han, we are happy to see your interest in our 4ct Gel Ink Pens! The wheat straw plastic we use in our U Eco pens are not recyclable, but are compostable. They can be composted at private or commercial sites.

Love the way these pens write! I’m left handed and most pens tend to smear or smudge but these dry down so fast it doesn’t have a chance to smear. The pen also has flat spots for the grip that are comfy for a lot of writing.

I received these as a gift from my coworker and they are amazing!!! I write A LOT at work while taking down medical history or filling in our anesthesia monitoring form and I have repurchased these pens so many times because they write so smoothly and so clear. The ink does run out fairly quick but honestly the way this pen writes id buy these over and over and the best part THEY DONT BLEED THROUGH. The ink is like that of the sharpie pens but the sharpie pens bleed through. Love these so much.

These are literally the best pens you will use in your life. I’ve tried so many different pens and they’re mostly just okay. But this is the best, they’re cute, work well, and are long lasting. They don’t smear or anything and they’re great for school
