Q: I would like to hang it and attach magnetic spice jars. Do you think it is strong enough to hold small magnetic jar of spices?

A: Hi MLG, Thank you for noticing our 5.5" x 10" MAgentic Dry Erase Board! Depending on the weight of the jar and spices, you may be able to stick the jar to the board. The board can support up to 1/4 of a pound to be hung on it.

Q: Is there a different DPCI/UPC for color/style? I ordered thinking it would be white like the picture and like the one I found in the store, but I received a white/grey marbled surface.

A: Hi quiethavenfarm. This board has two magnetic strips attached to the back for mounting onto a magnetic surface such as a metal fridge, metal tool box etc. To mount to a non-magnetic surface such as drywall, or an office wall, additional adhesive mounting materials would be needed. I bought 2 of these boards. I've tried several different brands of markers on these boards and the ink does not easily erase. I have to scrub it off any time I want to erase something.

Marker did not clearly provide the measurements as it was much smaller than expected as it doesn't fulful my intentions for a gift forchaild use. First item from Target that didn't meet needs.

I initially bought this to do my long math problems. It’s inexpensive and easy to keep in my backpack. It has a hard, metal-like surface, so it’s more durable that those dry-erase board that have a thick layer of cardboard. I never used the marker it came with, so I can’t say whether it’s a good product or not. I use my ultra fine expo markers and have zero issues with erasing or the board being stained. I do have to say if you write and erase before the ink dries, it will smear. That doesn’t make it a faulty product. That will occur with ANY whiteboard. Also if you do leave the ink on for days, it will become a little more difficult to remove, but with a whiteboard cleaner spray, or even a little glass cleaner spray, will leave board without marks. I think it’s a great little board for students. Even now that I no longer have a need to use it for my math class. I will frequently use it for brainstorming. I’ve had two of these boards for a year now.
