They are very absorbent and comfortable. The pads didn’t shift and they didn’t leak at all. It really didn’t feel like a pad was being worn.

I was really impressed with how thin and comfortable these overnight pads are while still offering great protection. The wings kept everything in place without shifting, and they never felt bulky. I also liked that they’re dermatologist tested and include charcoal to help with odor control, it really makes a difference. Overall, these gave me peace of mind for overnight wear, and I’d definitely keep them stocked.

The raised center design is a big plus because it does a great job of locking away blood, sweat, and moisture, which made me feel more comfortable and secure overnight. The coverage and absorbency are also impressive, I didn’t have to worry about leaks. The only issue I had was with the wings. On my first use, they stuck to my underwear in a way that made them a little tricky to remove seamlessly. Overall, I’d recommend these pads for anyone looking for reliable overnight protection with great absorbency.

As someone who's tried a variety of overnight pads, I can say that U by Kotex Overnight Pads are a true game-changer. What stands out most is the breathability, The extra-long design, combined with the double-wing system, ensures complete coverage, no matter how much you toss and turn at night. I've never had to worry about leaks with these pads, which is a huge relief. they're surprisingly comfortable. Despite their size, they don't feel bulky or restrictive. they stay securely in place throughout the night without bunching up( ladies if you know you know punching is horrible) For anyone looking for maximum protection and comfort during their heaviest periods in general not just nighttime these are an absolute must-have. I reccomend for any female who is just naturally heavy to begin with, sadly that is me.
