Great but not necessary

It’s still a diaper pail so I didn’t expect it to smell fantastic, but it definitely helps. I would add these to a baby shower gift but I wouldn’t stress about diaper pail smell.

Fresh, light scent

I love that the scent is fresh but not overpowering especially since it’s in my baby’s room. Super quick and easy to use which is always a plus.

Catches escaping odors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gel helped to catch escaping odors from my diaper pail before they hit our noses! I opened the package and placed the jar on the bottom floor of my pail after changing to a new bag and let it work. As my pail gets half way full I usually start having some odor escape from it when opening. This gel definitely helped absorb some of those in between bag changes.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this at the bottom of our diaper bin so every time we open it, the bin smells like lemon instead of a foul odor. It’s the perfect strength where you can’t smell it when the door is closed but strong enough to mask the odors. Easy to use too, just open it and peel off the top layer to reveal the air freshener.

Odor absorbing

Now that my son is older and doesn’t go through as many diapers we don’t take out the diaper pail as often which means the smell definitely builds up. I love how simple this is to use. You just drop it in the bottom of the diaper pail and forget about it. it has made such a noticeable difference and now the pail smells so much better! I also love the fresh lemon scent it’s clean and refreshing. Such a small little product that solved a big problem in our house. Definitely would recommend if your diaper pail needs some extra odor control.

Not working for me
Didn’t work for me. Used the Ubbi pail without these for months and then cleaned it and used one, didn’t make a difference. Used with standard trashed bags and newborn to 3-month old’s diapers. Don’t waste your $.

Smells good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ubbi odor absorbing gel the lavender scent. All opinions are 100% my own. I put my Ubbi gel in the bathroom. Its great its loud enough to do what it needs to do for it to be small in size. Great to have around kids. The lavender scent is pleasant for the absorbing gel to reduce the foul odors. I put one in an diaper pail. It did ok in the diaper pail. I told my friends and family members to try it out. It lasted for about four weeks.Good product and of good value.
