They don’t leave you feeling dehydrated and are a nice pick me up especially over an energy drink. They are reasonably priced and I think we will definitely purchase in the future!

The flavors are fantastic! They taste like real fruit and not artificial at all. I especially love that they use organic stevia leaf to sweeten it. The biggest test for me was getting my picky 3 year old to try it and he absolutely loves the taste! It's so great to have a product that we can both enjoy and that helps us stay hydrated without any of the junk. These packets are a lifesaver for our on the go lifestyle, whether we're heading to the park or just playing in the backyard. Also easy to open packets!

Berry flavors are my favorite when it comes to drinks so I had to give it a try, plus the mix of berry with a little tart lemon is perfect. It’s not too strong or too sweet. I liked that it was sugar free because I'm a sugar addict and the last thing I need is sugared down drink. You can tell it’s sweetened with stevia because it doesn’t have that heavy sugary taste but the berry notes come through just right. I struggle with drinking plain water, so this is a great alternative to add some flavor while also getting electrolytes. It's convenient to just have some packs in my purse or backpack when I'm on the go. Definitely recommend if you want a healthier alternative to plain water.

Packaging is nice, kinda hard to get open, but I just cut it and used it that way. This is gluten free which is great for those with celiac. Great for upping electrolytes!

I do enjoy that this does not have the usual super salty flavor. Although not eco friendly, i do love the single packaging which is perfect for throwing in a work lunch bag. The price is amazing. The flavors are sweet with a bit of an artificial taste, but still pretty good with raspberry being my favorite. I am not sure about the overall effectiveness, but they did make me feel refreshed after workouts.
