  • A: The recommendation is to always refrigerate probiotics. The pills technically do not need to be refrigerated, but they will lose their potency if kept above cool temperatures. FYI - I work with probiotics

Used once daily, delayed-release capsule for targeted delivery They are Dairy and gluten free. Renew Life quality, purity, and potency guaranteed through expiration. Affordable, easy to swallow, annoying bottle

I really like this overall, the pill is a reasonable size and it was a good price for the cfus etc...the only annoying thing is the bottle is huge compared to the size the pills take up. I assume it's to make it seem like you're getting more for your money but I just find it annoying it takes up about four times as much space in my drawer than it needs to.

Great Probiotic

I’ve been using this brand for years. I started my teenage daughter on it too that had stomach issues and then my mom. All still take it and love it. A healthy digestive track keeps your immune system up and we have experienced that over the years. After reading the reviews and seeing some people had issues with stomach and intestinal upset I felt compelled to leave a review. Please research how to start a probiotic! I’m in the medical field and I can’t believe how people just take medications and supplements without doing extensive research. You have to start a probiotic very slowly. Small amount of good bacteria like 5 or 10 billion and every other day. And then increase the frequency and then finally you can increase the amount of good bacteria. If you jump right into this and you eat a typical American diet chances are you will end up with some issues. Slow and steady is key.

Works well but curious about new smell

Seems to work well but like another person posted, the batch I just received in the mail has kind of a flowery orange smell to it that the last batch I bought didn't have. It's not unpleasant but was unexpected. Was wondering what the cause of that might be?

Peace of Mind

My Ultimate Digestive Savior

I've been using the Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotic for Extra Care Vegetarian Capsules for a while now and it has been a game changer.
