Paid over $350 for this ring and it would never connect to my phone. The support team was no help and just sent the same tutorials I could find on my own. None of the resets worked as they should have. Very disappointed.

However there are a few things I have noticed: When I am at the gym the ring does not pick up my heart beat as well as my myzone. Eg I am on the stair master and my hear rate is 115bpm. Maybe I picked the wrong size ring, but the smaller ring does not fit my finger. I have to clench my fist for the ring to pick up the heart beat. Also I need to type at work and some days my step count seems very high and I think it is because of the typing. Because of these issues I do wonder whether the other features such as sleep and dynamic recover is accurate. Would I purchase again? Probably. I do like the look of the ring and it feels good on my finger.

This ring has been a game changer for me, the ring tells me a plethora of data regarding my sleep, but it does so much more than that. I love how it gives me suggestions such as when to get sunlight, when to reduce screentime before bed, when to taper off caffein, etc. It has become like a personal coach for me and has really helped me improve my sleep. I am getting about 4 full days on a charge. No subscription, which is why I chose this over the Oura. Highly recommend.

Especially as a woman, the cycle tracking is quite good and its interesting, how my body temperature changes throughout the cycle. It also explaines, why the temperature is changing like that and also how your body may behave during your cycle. All in all, I have only good things to report!

For me the convenience of not having to recharge it everyday & the ability to wear it all the time is incredible. I used to use a smart watch but the hassle of charging it every night made me forget to put it back on so switching over to the ring is major help. Contrary to popular belief, I have not noticed much, if any, scratches on my ring (which is saying a lot as a wheelchair user). The user-face is very easy to understand & learn which also makes this ring a great buy for all ages. It’s drastically helped me improve my sleep & overall health by giving me great insights.
