These aren’t tall enough for a 13 gal trash can. There is extra material at the top that makes me thing they had a defective manufacturing step, they pull down and fall into the trash because they are too small

Poor quality trash bags
I usually buy trash bags from Amazon. I thought I would give the target bags a try i literally HATE these trash bags. They are cheaply made. Thin. The red strap that is supposed to close the bag breaks every time. The bags are perforated together and they do not tear apart easily almost every time it does not come apart and the bag gets a whole in it making it unusable. I will never buy these again and i do not recommend
