Unsure about buying online without seeing the rug as colors and patterns are never as portrayed. Very pleasantly surprised it turned out exactly as shown on rugs.com website. Great job guys! Excellent quality rug at a fantastic price too.

I found the website by accident. In the clearance section the 8’x 8’ Mojave Square rug was exactly what I wanted for the living room. I couldn’t match their price anywhere else I looked. It took 2 days for delivery, which had free shipping. Whow, everything about my experience was excellent. I have already given a few of my coworkers their website. In addition, I was so pleased with my first purchase, I purchased a matching runner for the same room.

Received this rug a few days ago - clearly a nice rug for the money. The only caution I would have for other buyers is that in the rug I received the dominant color is gray. I was really hoping for much more brown, like in the picture. After a few days of debate I'm going to keep it and find other ways to tie in the brown to my room's decor. Also, given how inexpensive the rug was, I bought the high-end pad - made a big difference in terms of how plush the rug feels when you walk it.

Nice rug for the money. I wanted a low pile rug, easy to clean and that would hide any stains from my dogs. Pleased that the color is same as online picture. Also liked the free return shipping option.
