I loved how this rug looked online. Unfortunately when it arrived and I rolled it out, there were countless pieces of yarn longer than the pile height sticking out. If it had been just a few, I would have cut them off. So I returned this carpet simply because it appeared defective. Perhaps I just had some bad luck and if I had reordered for a replacement, I would have been happy with the carpet. I just didn’t want to take the chance. Aside from that, I loved the colors of the carpet and its soft texture.

Great rug, looks good, comfortable, not much off gassing when I unwrapped it. Showed up quick. Only downside is that it's fairly thin for a rug this big. Not a problem, but a bit more umpfh would have been nice.

This rug is so soft! It was damaged when shipped so they sent a replacement immediately and were phenomenal to work with! I did think it had blue in it because of the pictures, but there is no blue at all.

These rugs are magical, when we first opened the rugs up they looked more cream/silvery colored then when we looked from a different direction they were darker. So you are getting multiple rugs in one rug. Very neutral rug, if we change furniture in the future we will be able to match with anything. The print is muted so, not to be overpowering.

I love this rug. It is very heavy and good quality. At first I thought it was too muted for the room but it's laying on a dark hardwood floor with white/gray dining room furniture and looks fantastic. I'm very pleased with the rug and the service from Rugs.com. Will be ordering again soon!
