I have bought several rugs from here, all good quality, but this one was not the best. There were several long pulled tufts. I was able to trim them off and put a chair over the spot. It is not wanting to flatten out very quickly either. Not worth returning tho, as that can be a big procedure if you live out in the country like I do.
