Ordering the rugs was simple and clear. Colors were true to what I saw on line. Delivery was in a timely manner. There were a few delay notices, but only for a day or two. Instructions included with the rugs indicated that there would be wrinkles and creases in the rug due to shipping process. The largest rug in my order had intense ripples that took a week to flatten out. I used the wet towel and hot iron method to smooth out the wrinkles. That was a chore and exhausting. It’s still not perfect, but I hope in a few weeks it will relax more and smooth out. Overall, I am very pleased with my order and I would order again from Rugs.com!

Rug is very soft and no messy threads everywhere. It was folded so it's taken some time to get all of the fold lines out of it, but overall I'm happy with it.
