Love the rich color, two weeks on the floor and it still has not flattened out.

This rug looked absolutely perfect for my living room. The section highlighted on the screen is vibrant enough with the contrasting darker colors, to create the light effect I envisioned. However, when it arrived and I laid it down to determine its suitability against my lightly colored furniture, I knew immediately that it wasn't for my home. Although the quality seemed quite good, the darkness was so much more saturated and pronounced. It overshadowed the entire decor, absorbing all the natural light coming through my living room picture windows. I instantly packaged it for return. I really wanted to like it, but my emotions were based on what I saw on the screen, rather than what I unwrapped from packaging. Also, my daughter thought it not that soft to the bare feet. This rug might be better suited for a room where a darker ambiance is desired, or a its name suggests, for a cafe.

seems pretty ok. a bit thinner than our other rug so look up weight and loop info. colors are nice. one thing is came more folded than rolled and is still fairly lumpy as of two days.

The rug looks exactly as shown as far as the colors are concerned but it is not as thick as described. It is listed as 1/2 in but it is only 1/4 in so that was disappointing.

It's a beautiful rug. Very soft and easy to maintain. It has brought a nice homey feel to our living space.

Very nice! Black Friday or Cyber Monday sales were fantastic, but you never know what quality you'll get. We are very happy with this rug.

Absolutely love this rug, it's as beautiful as pictured. Only complaint is the way they packaged for shipping. Would be much better if they rolled it up instead of folding it. Still waiting for it to straighten out after a week plus.

It looks like it does in the photo, except that I thought the reddish color was more of a burgundy color. However, it still goes with our curtains based on the other earth tone colors in the carpet. We love how soft it is! Looks great in our living room!

Great rugs I bought 2 because the first was too large for the room, my mistake, so I ordered the right size. The color was prefect for my office. I thought I would just return the one that was too big, because they have free returns as well as delivery! I ended up keeping the large rug for my living room. The customer service was great, as I was able to speak with someone on the phone, which is a big plus for me.

The rug was beautiful with nice thickness and ability to be cleaned. However, whoever rolled it at the warehouse rolled a large crease into the rug that could not be smoothed out, so I sent it back.

I purchased this rug a month ago for my living room. I'm very satisfied with the way it looks and feel. I also purchased the 1/4" pad to go under it because the rug is not very thick. The pad makes it feel good to walk on. Nice quality.
