If I could give 0 stars I would. New rug came in and had a horrible smell that airing it out wouldn’t even get rid of it. Returning rugs are not easy either. Won’t be buying from this website again

For what it is, it is a nice rug. I would like for the pile to be thicker and higher but that is my personal preference. I don't find anything wrong with it.

I received this rug 5 weeks ago and it is still offgassing a strong chemical odor. If I could return it, I would, but I'm past the 30-day limit now. The smell gets on anything that touches the rug (including my dogs). I've tried keeping it in a room with the window open for over a month, and I even covered it with baking soda overnight and then vacuumed it all up. Nothing works.

The rug has a white edging and can range in shade appearance, depending on angle observed. From One Direction it looks silver from the other direction, It is a Deeper shade of Gray. Attempted to use it in my dining room, but it just didn’t match great, Putting it in the family room instead. Definitely needs a rug pad beneath. Pretty thin, But great deal for such a large piece

This rug is definitely high quality and very soft. I give it 4 stars due to the fact that walking on it leaves tiny indentations of every little foot print until you vacuum it, which I find unsightly. Other than that, it is a great rug.
