I could tell from the pictures that this rug was pretty but I am pleasantly surprised with the quality. All of the white coloring is shorter pile so it is a cool relief effect. The rug is incredibly soft and plush. The maker of the rug is unique loom and I will be a very loyal customer of theirs. The rug arrived packaged carefully and it unrolled nice and flat. The blue is more of a true blue than in some of the pictures which looks a little bit more teal, but it is perfect. It seems to be worth a lot more than what I paid!

I received my new rug and performance pad yesterday afternoon. The rug is more than I expected. Beautiful design and the coloring was just enough to give the room a pop of color. This is the first rug I have ever bought so it was a little nerve wracking. I did make some mistakes when unpacking and laying down the rug and pad. Did not read the instructions until I had the rug laid out. There are creases in the rug from being rolled up for shipping so follow the instructions. For the Rugs.com folks, make the instructions more prominent, I almost threw it out with the packaging. I wanted to give a 4.5 star rating but you can only give whole stars. This was not for the product but for the instructions. Again being a newbie on rugs I needed to see the instructions first.
