Beautiful patter
Nice rug. Flattened out quickly. Love the pattern. However, the color was a bit to faded than I would have liked and didn't go well with my decor.

6' x 9' Oregon Rug
I love this rug, but it appears to be more dark/greyish and tan in pictures. It is definitely blue and tan.

Customer service
I purchased a rug for my son for Christmas however the size was too large. I contacted customer service for assistance in returning the rug. The customer representative assisted me all the way through the transaction. When I told her that I could complete the transaction from this point on she said no I'll stay on the phone to make sure that everything goes through smoothly. She went up and above to assist me and I really appreciate that type of service. I was so impressed with her I went ahead and bought the same rug and a smaller size. There should be more people out there like her.

Love this rug!
I bought this rug a few weeks ago and I LOVE it! The colors are a little more muted than the picture provided, but it is exactly what I wanted. I have received multiple compliments from guests. The rug does take a little bit of time to flatten (it comes rolled up super tight).
