The rug is nice. However, it is advertised as an 8x8 but came as 7'10"x7'9". The pad, which was advertised as 7'10"x7'10" is bigger than the rug. Not happy that we're going to have to trim a pad which was supposed to be smaller than the rug.

I love the color of the rug exactly what we wanted. However shipping was horrible. We have bought from this company many times. We have always been pleased. This is the first time they folded the rug and then folded in half and taped it so tightly that it left deep creases. They said there are ways to get them but this is time consuming. It shouldn't be up to us and our busy schedule to fix something that could have been avoided to begin with.. simply rolling the rug before shipping would have solved the majority of this problem. I likely will not order from this company again if this is going to be their current shipping practices.
