Nice and evenly rectangular. Border is even and pattern uniform. Bound edges seem to be well made. The 36" width is perfect for our 5' wide 18 ft. hallway. The premium rug pad fits properly bit seems to be a little slittery on the wooden oak floor we have. It should be noted that we have bought fove pieces of this rug and a couple exhibit defects. It is not a top-tier rug and the price is good for the quality received.
