Got this rug about 3 weeks ago. Does not lay completely flat. Has ripples all through it. Corners don't lay flat. Trip hazard! The rug itself is beautiful but really disappointed.

Very good quality rug and love the colors. Only issue is how they pack the rug. By folding and not rolling the rug, it takes time to get out the lines the way it was folded. They should roll the rug and not fold it. Would get another rug for sure.

This rug is truly beautiful, but it is thinner than I expected (the site does give pile height, so maybe that's on me). It arrived folded, and will need to lay flat for a few days to relax the creases. A pad underneath is a good idea and you can probably get one locally at Lowes or similar.. It did arrive quickly, and does look lovely in my room.
