Universal Pictures’ Wicked Glinda’s Floating Bubble Toy with Vehicle & Glinda Small Doll

the focus on trying to get toys made and out on shelves vs making good quality toys is getting so annoying. the doll won't go on. and if you can get her on, she's hanging on by a thread. my 4 yo will play with the doll alone, but the crown and wand coming off is annoying and the crown is almost invisible. stop crapping out cheap toys just to make a buck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the globe made noise or had lights, something more interactive. I also wish Elphaba was included with Glinda. That would be more fun. I do like how the globe opens and closes and the glitter within the globe is a nice touch.

This could’ve been a very cute toy. But it is impossible to get the Glinda doll to stand in the bubble. The bubble is not at an angle to allow you to get your fingers in there, and even then, it’s impossible to “click” her into place. S Together Show he falls every time you move the bubble. It will not function unless you superglue it. Lastly, the little crown and wand are so delicate that when I tried to get doll to attach to the platform, I lost the crown. I’m not sure why the crown and wand came removable. Anyway now Glinda doesn’t have a crown.

This is trash. Getting doll on is a nightmare and she comes right off if globe is moved. Good idea, poor execution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked this up for my girls, and honestly, it surprised me. The Glinda figure is small but really well-made, and the colors pop more than I expected. The “floating bubble” twist feature actually works smoothly — not cheap or flimsy like a lot of toys in this size range. Packaging is solid, Mattel-style, and it looks nice enough that you could even keep it displayed if you’re into that. For the price, it feels like real value. My daughters immediately grabbed it and started playing, so that already tells you everything. Simple, cute, and worth it.

I like almost everyone else had THE HARDEST time getting this Glinda to stay standing in her bubble, but when she stood up perfectly balanced without fuss on a regular, flat surface, I knew something wasn't adding up. Out of frustration, I put her back in the bubble, aligned her feet with the two grooves, and pushed down HARD multiple times. It turns out that she doesn't click, but rather sort of "sinks" into the grooves (think sort of how a Lego connects) until her feet are firmly planted all the way. The reason she kept falling over before was because her feet weren't 100% firmply planted which created an uneven surface. For a toy that came with very vague instructions perhaps there could have been a better design that's more ergonomic and doesn't require such force to the point where you're scared of breaking it. But in any case... she now stands firmly and doesn't budge!

Super cute toy, BUT the figure does not stand in the bubble at all! As an adult who is planning to just display this toy on a shelf, I have decided to just super glue the figure in place, which is incredibly annoying to even have to do because of such poor design. For what it is, the price isn't great either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter adores Glinda from Wicked, so she was delighted with this Glinda’s Floating Bubble toy. The toy itself comes in beautiful packaging with gorgeous details (the kind you don’t want to throw away!) featuring stylized illustrated versions of Glinda and Elphaba that look like these toys, and the foil outline on the lettering is a beautiful touch. The toy itself is small and straightforward but the joy of it comes from having a beautiful little Glinda figurine a child can easily bring along with them anywhere. I do wish Glinda’s crown wasn’t removable, I don’t know if it made sense for that to be a separate small part (easy to lose). Her adorable little wand is also a small part that’s essential to keep careful track of, but it’s nice that her hand actually can hold it! The stylized face of the Glinda figurine itself is really beautiful and sweet, but also evokes Glinda from the film, and her pink dress has nice textured details. Glinda’s Floating Bubble is a very cute interactive accessory to have (wheels on the bottom turn when it is pushed along a surface, causing a small platform within the bubble to rotate in place). Sadly, my daughter ran into a bit of trouble with this feature. There were two small pegs that should have held Glinda’s feet (which have a small hole in the soles) stesdily in place, allowing the figure to rotate inside the bubble as it moves along. In spite of many attempts, my daughter and I simply could not get Glinda’s feet to match up with the pegs, so we couldn’t enjoy Glinda spinning inside her bubble, all we could do was admire her in general. Probably would have given three stars because of this shortcoming, but throwing an extra star back on because it’s Glinda and it’s still just a beautiful toy to display!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter enjoyed playing with the toy Glinda. She likes how Glinda twirls around when pushed/ pulled. The fairy ball is a nice display case to keep her in. And the door shuts which in turn protects it.

Love the spinning motion, wand, and ability to remove Glinda to play with her. The hard part is to get the crown on and get her standing in the bubble. It gets frustrating for my 6 year old to do it herself and she sometimes needs help.

However, the plastic bubble does not open far enough and that makes attaching the Glinda figure to its base nothing short of impossible. My children can't do it, so that leave me (with even bigger fingers) fighting to get it in. Once it's in, my girls are obsessed with the toy and love how Glinda spins in the bubble. But the design could be better

Very difficult to place Glinda inside. She keeps falling off. Moving function isn’t smooth. Looks great but not the most functional

She absolutely adores Glinda’, so when she saw the box, her eyes lit up like she’d just stepped into a fairytale. ❤️ The funny part? She loves it so much she doesn’t even want to open it yet! She keeps it on her shelf like a treasure, telling me she’s “saving it for a special day.” It’s like having a piece of Glinda’s world right in her room. Highly recommend for any little Glinda’s fan, pure enchantment in a box.
