These where absolutely perfect size and taste. Helped me put a quick dinner together fast since they don’t take long to cook. They are very lean too.

The steak smelled foul as soon as I opened the package and when cooked it tasted bad.

The person that loaded my bags in the car put this single bag my emergency kit in it. I did not find this bag with the petite sirloins till the next day and I had to throw them away. Expensive mistake!

They maintain their juiciness and I like the convenience of it being all meat and no bone or fat to cut around. Sometimes they are a bit on the small side, but paired with sides it’s just enough. I marinate them and pan sear and they come out great!

Very good steaks! Tender, flavorful and not too pricey.

Fresh meat never old at target

The steaks are actually fantastic tasting, however the issue is with the size. Why would you package 2 steaks that together barely weigh over half a pound. One of the steaks is roughly HALF the size of my palm and my hands are small. On the scale it weighs 2.8 ounces!

These little steaks are perfect for good quality on a budget. They might seem too small but it is 100% tender meat without having to cut around fat and bones. We make them once a week and haven’t gotten sick of them yet! The peppercorn version is also delicious if you don’t feel like doing the seasoning yourself.

Family loves the petite sirloin steaks so much I purchase it weekly. We make beef and noodles with it in pressure cooker or make steaks in a cast iron skillet. Easily freeze extras for next week.

Price went up by more than $5 in my area.

Lately whenever I get this steak one steak looks as advertised and the other one is comically small. I wouldn’t say it’s worth it

This steak was delivered June 2 and it was supposed to be used by June 1

Order this item today from Rancho Cordova location When got home and took out of bag the expiration date indicated May 22. Today is May 25. The steak looked really bad. The shopper for my order should be fired. Trying to get a refund.

I've been buying these for years. They've always been really fantastic. Exceptional, in fact. But lately, I'd absolutely swear that these are eye of the round and not sirloin any longer. They're tough, have less flavor than before and have almost no fat marbling. I think they're vastly different from the product they used to be. Just my opinion.

We usually buy other cuts of steak from Target, but we were pleasantly surprised by this cut. The cut, the size, the tenderness. Everything was perfect! We used them in tacos and quesadillas!

These are great steaks! Every time I make one for someone, they are so surprised that they are from Target. I really appreciate the leak proof and easy open packaging, and the taste and texture is great. I’ve easily bought these 20 times and I’m continually pleased.

First of all, I need to mention that I practice the art of elevated cooking and I have exceptionally persnickety taste buds. Texture, flavor, freshness, and juiciness are the most powerful criteria in choosing a steak. I ALWAYS very well pan sear steak in stainless steel at a very high temperature with ghee. Lots and lots of ghee. I always like my steak quite rare but very nicely browned and crusted on the outside. It is very rare to be able to accomplish this with supermarket steaks of ANY cut except Flat Iron. These steaks are exceptionally tender and can be pan seared and served very rare. They do not have a lot of tendon, excessive fat, or other such undesirable elements. They really don't even need to be trimmed at all. They are absolutely perfect! I am having guests over the holidays and actually need 10 of these. The package is only have six in them and Target policy prohibits buying more than one package at a time online. I will have to either place another order or find a way to make it into a store to purchase more because I know that I can very proudly serve these to my guests. Thank you Target, for choosing a very high quality product to offer your customers.
