Q: Is each blade packed in a little paper sleeve? Need to be able to break these in half to use with my razor.

A: they're individually wrapped. you can cut these in half easily. rather flimsy.

Good but not in a very mild Razors
In my 1961 Tech it was not good. Switched to my Fine Marvel and it's very smooth and not overly sharp. Nice clean stenciling and the container's a little tricky but not too much. i would put this blade at the top of tier 2.

Not bad
These blades are actually pretty good. On par with Merkur blades, which makes me think that they came out of the same factory. But these are priced better. Still, there are other brands that can be had for 10cts or less per blade that perform just as well or better than these. But these are usually stocked at the store so is very convinient to pick a pack as needed.
