Van Zyverden 12ct Bulbs Allium Purple Sensation

I was able to plant all of them! Other companies have sent me rotten, non usable bulbs, but the Van Zyverden bulbs were strong and in great condition! There were 12 bulbs in this set, so I am very excited to see how beautiful they come up in the spring! I appreciate the informative card that came with these bulbs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about these bulbs. The Allium Purple sensations are so beautiful. They are gonna look so good in my side garden off my patio. They will be fun to show off to my guest. The best thing about these is you don’t have to have high quality soil for them to grow. And they are very easy to plant. Just dig a hole, space out and throw in the bulbs, cover and water. Can’t be any easier. Then you just sit back and wait for them to bloom. Like I said, I am so excited.

These bulbs looked healthy upon arrival and were the correct number. I planted them in a couple different spots in my yard to see where they grow best. Looking forward to when they start growing.

I will plant them soon and hope to have some beautiful purple sensation allium next year. I can't wait to see them in full bloom!

It helped me decide where to put them because they need really well drained soil because as they say they don’t like wet feet. Looking forward to seeing them bloom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have planted my Purple Sensations and awaiting them to bloom. I have seen this flower bloom before, and it is very beautiful. The deep purple makes a yard a wonderful sight see. They are wonderful as borders or just to plant alone.

The 12 bulbs were healthy in appearance and feel; they were all firm and covered with a papery skin. Planting instructions were on the package label. I have had these plants many years ago and recall that it is best to plant these in clusters, 6 inches apart in a triangle-like grouping. These purple beauties remind me of large pom-pom balls. Purple is my favorite color and seeing these again had me reminiscing of their show-stopping characteristic which become a conversation piece for those admiring from a distance. I cannot wait for these to make their appearance next spring next to my bearded irises! They are unique and will add a pop of color to flower beds after a long, bland winter here in PA.

The bulbs look very healthy and are all decent size. The instuctions are clear and easy to follow. I will plant next month and await beautiful flowers in the Spring!

I am looking forward to planting them when the season is perfect in my climate here. If you have never seen how beautiful these blooms are, please check them out. The packaging is in a perfect mesh bag that airs them so they are dry enough to last until planting.
