Q: This doesn't perform as it once did. I still use it on my straight out of the shower damp body as always, only now I'm ashy after 2 hours instead of 20+ hours. What happened? New formula??

This has replaced all of my lotion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a body gel before. So I was skeptical but I'm so glad I gave it a try. I have very dry skin, and the Vaseline Intensive Care body gel has been amazing for my skin. It hydrates my skin without the need for reapplication during the day. There is no strong, fragrant scent. It does leave a little bit of a gel-type residue but I use it before bed and do not have that feeling in the morning. So I think it just takes a little bit to fully absorb into the skin. This has now replaced my lotion use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be completely transparent- before using this product I’ve never used body oil before.. at least I can’t recall having had done so. But after seeing all the skin self care on social media I’ve been intrigued. I tried this product out on one of my arms- I wanted to have the comparison to my other arm. What I noticed when using it is that the smell is nice and subtle.. it’s there but not strong. I was a bit concerned about the texture initially. It’s definitely a gel oil. It feels like a super thick face serum. My arm felt quite oily immediately after application but it absorbed completely within a few minutes. After it absorbed, I was impressed with how different my arms felt- the one I had used the oil on was noticeably softer. I’ll definitely be adding this to my self care routine

It instantly absorbed into my skin but left a somewhat oily residue but very minimal. Ingredients: With pure cocoa butter and Vaseline Jelly to lock in moisture.

Its mineral oil, not actual coco buttrr.
Mineral oil is a cheap and potentially irritating ingredient. Spend a little more and get a cleaner product. Gross.

Easy to apply to your skin. The bottle is very easy to handle. It's small enough to hold in one hand and gently squeeze in the other.. Really makes my skin feel soft and looks radiant. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vaseline's Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant Glowing Skin Body Gel is different from any other product I've used. If you want your skin to look glowing and shimmery then this product delivers. It does make your skin feel soft and smooth and I loved the scent-it reminds me of the beach. What I didn't love was how it made your skin feel a bit oily and for hours. My cars leather seat was left with residue when I sat in it and I used the oil sparingly. This is a nice product, just one I would only use on certain occasions or if my skin felt super dry.

This definitely will be added to my nighttime routine. it can make your skin look very oily fair warning so i would use it before bed to give your body time to absorb all the oils and wake up with nice soft skin
