If your OtterBox case isn’t MagSafe, the ring won’t be able to connect securely. With a MagSafe case, it should snap right into place and hold firmly. If you’d like, we can recommend some VELVET CAVIAR MagSafe-compatible options that work perfectly with our Grip Ring.
